I force Installed the Vega Driver.
Solved the Youtube pixelating/Black Screen Crashing issue. Solved GPU Z recognizing the GPU and Mem Clock Speed. (But its recognized as DDR3 instead of DDR4)
Also manually installed some other driver packs which enabled radeon overlay.
Managed to enable FreeSync on my BOE Screen too, using the CRU tool
How to Force Install?
Goto Device manager->Right Click on Vega 8 Display adapter->Update Driver.
A new window will open. ->Browse my computer for driver->Let me pick from the a list of available drivers->Have Disk->Select the .inf file.
The inf file should be in this path by default-> 'C:AMDWin10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-Edition-18.1.1-Jan18PackagesDriversDisplayWT6A_INF' (It should exist if you tried to install the full package Adrenalin Drivers at least once, its where AMDs installer extracts its content before installing).
Select Vega driver From the list. You should get a warning before it installs, just go ahead anyway. Finally restart.

Version 19.30.01.29 of the AMD/ATI Radeon video card driver suite was released on August 12, 2019. These drivers are also referred to as AMD Adrenalin Edition Drivers.
This is the latest version of these drivers, compatible with most AMD-based video cards and modern PC operating systems.
This is the final, WHQL version of these drivers and replaces all previously available drivers. You should install v19.30.01.29 if you have a supported AMD or ATI GPU running any previous driver release, including any beta version.
