Nov 04, 2015  I just bought a 58 mm thermal receipt printer for my computer (windows 10). The printer comes with an installation disk but only supports up to windows 8. I have looked for windows 10 drivers online but have had no luck. Open the printer cover by pressing the release button on the front right-side of the printer. Insert the thermal paper roll and note the direction in the image, to ensure the roll is correctly inserted.
